Have you been training this guy? He is an ok prospect but needs alot of training to have a chance at the U21 team.

That player looks AMAZING! keep pushing those main skills, later when hes 21 or 22 work on JS maybe shot blocking, and mostly guard skills

I got him as a default on my team when I first signed up. Had pretty bad starting inside skills, but decent. I think average/mediocre, with good shooting and driving. I considered selling him, but kept him. My first few weeks I did alot of 2 position training with him for one on one forwards and stupid stuff. I understand hes a little late developed for u21... really just wanted opinions and maybe some insight on a good training schedule. Whether I should start developing his secondarys or continue with inside training.

Just got a rebounding pop on Hackett. Any advice on what to do next? I'm going to continue to single position train for a long time. Anyone know how some of the current 21yo's Bigs look compared to my prospect? How far behind am I?

I would recommend doing some passing and handling until they are atleast mediocre and then get his SB up to strong so it doesnt slow down ID training and then just focus on IS ID and RB
