Nice, how long have you been training him? 1 position or 2?

I'd try and get his shot blocking up to proficient before training the other 3 main skills so that it doesn't slow down training too much.

this season, i've tried my best to get 1 position training, but rebounding takes 2 position. so occasionally its not opossible

I didn't want to train shot blocking, because i find inside defense much more useful, and this is the only season im training this guy, unless i found another rookie center on the TL who's worth training, but basically after this season my focus is off of him.

ah okay, I was just saying that if you were going to train him for a long time, training slows down if your skills are too uneven (eg. IS = 14 and ID = 10). But nice work so far!

If you want him to be a U21 starter you might not want to waste time his 18 and 19 y/o seasons w/ any FT or Stamina. He's just going to fall behind the curve.

Sometimes providing for your team is to maximize those stars and push them when their at their youngest to get the most out of them. It may not seem so at the time but in the long run it pays off.
