It's not even a flag...it's just a color.

Faroe Island with Pink, blue and white get a A- rating while Portugal and Brazil (2 of the nicest flags IMO) get failure ratings.

I think the dominican flag is one os the most beautiful, since is the only with the bible in the centre.. and the words: God, Homeland and Liberty.
