Yoda you are definately one of the teams I was thinking about.

Whitebeard, Billy Hoyles Boys and Sasstroopers would be a couple of others

Pan Cakes with Cream and Jam promoted out of here in season 7
Avalon Jets in season 3
Bell Park Super Cats in season 4
Hadders Heroes in season 8

Might be a couple of the others

Vios for his longevity and moose humping hunter emblem would be anothger well known team and I guess my mob as well

Yoda is okay, he helps me remember the old times.

Beechy might be a debatable one, I guess he wasnt that well known outside of this Div which counts against him.

Split J (Victoria Mages) could be another nomination this time for the wrong reasons though.

Yoda, you never did teall me your Split J story.

He did make a reference to me about my very young daughter at one stage, which was quite "creepy" .

Stone Slashers and Moosas Mad Men might be a couple of others to consider

The toughest part of picking a "list" of well known Managers from this league is how you compare the current and recent against the old timers.

Where would active managers like; Cunning Linguists, Geelong Vipers, Mad Rangas, Northcote Slammers and recent successful teams like Akuma, Awesome, and West Indies all sit in the history of this league?

Good point but actually I was more talking about my failures than my achievements. If you want to know about my achievements then there was the time I...

Pedrosa was the centrepiece of my first rise to the abbl and id argue hed deserve a place in a best of II.3 team

Did you ever have any good players Yoda whilst in II.3, that meet the criteria?

(None spring to mind)

The obvious one was "That Thug" Sherwin who was my big man the whole time and took down so many opponents players including Aussie Dude's star in the finals where I finally promoted.

Barton my best PG still was my backup PG back then. Oliver and Vallo who have been with me since season 10 were my starting PG and SG and are still on the team now as backups.

Beechy had Adrian Shortall that used to kill everyone. Then the Moose had Božo Vasilić who was MVP every season.

Beechy had Adrian Shortall that used to kill everyone

Pedrosa beat him in that one

That was your $1,000,000 division II team from 10 seasons ago wasn't it? Poor Beechy had home court, put in more effort and still couldn't come close to that team. Pedrosa was certainly another legend of the league but I can't believe he is 33. A pity to see the great past their prime.
