A defesa exterior importa para quando jogo em 2-3?

Vou colocar aqui uma situação que acontece com alguma frequência:
Há alturas que quando quero aceder ao BB dá-me o seguinte: ''Bad request'' e não consigo entrar no BB ou nas páginas.
Será que isto tem a ver com o nº de servidores?
