I let one of my players play the full 144 minutes for a longer period and never experienced injuries with him. In fact I consider him the most experienced 22 year old player in the game (at least I have never seen similar/higher XP on a player of his age).

What is his experience if you don't mind sharing?

And you said injuries only occur when you draw a foul? Not when you make the foul?
Do you know that for sure?
I'm not entirely sure on this one.

Never saw an injury on a foul made by the injured player too.

If you can't get an injury via fouling someone, then that is a flaw in the programming, and should be changed, considering that in real life people can definitely get injured whilst fouling someone else.

At the moment it is 5 - I have seen two 22 year olds with the same experience on the transfer list, so I guess my boastful statement of him being the most experienced 22yo might not be true :(

There are many other instances where you can get injured in real life and not in BB. I would not call that a flaw, it is simply the current game design. Basically, any improvement to injuries should probably involve introducing (stamina-related) random injuries. Overall I think injuries should happen during games only, although that is not realistic either, because most people will/can not log in before each game to check for injuries their players suffered in the privacy of their bedroom or in the arena parking lot.

Okay, firstly bahahahaha for the privacy of their bedroom comment :P

Secondly, I think that it IS a flaw in programming, or at least design, if players can't get injured whilst making fouls. That is an elementary fundamental mistake in design, and cannot be compared to "bedroom injuries" or even stamina injuries.

Because currently the only way to get injured (allegedly) is by the opponent fouling you. Fouling the opponent is soooooooo similar to this that it really should be able to injure the player as well.

Other ways in basketball to get injured are not similar to this.
