That is great news and probably the best thing you can do for your team. I hope you are training 3 of them so at the end you can keep two and sell the third for a fortune and buy an impact PG or C.
But the really big downside is not so much that they cost you games by playing so badly at PG or C, it is that you have a player playing badly at PG or C instead of dominating at SF and also instead of each week your PGs and Cs getting better like someone that is training those positions you still have a bad player that needs minutes there again.

All three of those guys looked good. My guy is a little behind and will never get the intense inside training he needs, just one or two weeks a season when I can do it.

How do you think if a SF only have Lv.10 both IS & ID , Lv7 RB?
Is it too bad for inside skill?

If you want to play inside offenses, it might be a little insufficient. However, for outside and balanced offenses that's good enough.
You will need good rebounders on the PF/C slots though to cancel his one real inside weakness.

It really depends on the level of competition but here in Australia division II if you had a Sf who was say around sensational JS and OD, prominent JR HA DR and PA, then added the prominent ID and IS he would be fantastic even with respectable RE. Like someone else said just make sure your other players are decent rebounders.
