hope some BB can give us more details, or at least answer some of this questions before draft

vječna dilema, da li je bolje zabiti koš više ili primiti koš manje?

I think the change of the draft system is intressant, but i don't like the potential ...

Isn't it so that we allready got something like potential? If i got an draft with good center skills, but a small body he is limited in comparison to a higher center but now if he all star and the ther is bench warmer there are 2 potentials who work against ...

It's allready difficult to explain newbies, what they should look after when they start training, but with these change i think training becomes more mysterious then its allready is.

PS: You could also took the age as potential number 3 who infekt training speed

PPS: potential number 4 was the other skills who infect the training of a skill ...

This is a big change and I think that more informations should be provided. Here is a list.

Concerning the draft:
- is the position played related to 'best position', to height or just random? I guess it is the first, but I would love it to be the second. I wouldn't like to draft a player with good starting skills as center but too short to be trained in that position.
- Still no information about the AGE? It shouldn't be difficult for a scout to get that info.
- The box score does not provide any information about defensive skills (the ratings is strongly influenced by the stamina level). I realize this is not a question :)

Concerning the potential:
- How limiting is the potential??? I guess that even a 'bench warmer' can train effectively for at least a season, otherwise the will be just dead meat.
- Is the skill cap the same for EACH skill? Or, for example, I can have a center that barely goes above average passing but can go as high as tremendous in IS?
- If our current players are all 'all-stars'... when should we expect this cap to show?

I hope you can clarify at least some of these issues :)

But I want to know more about the 'potential' before saying that I do not like it :)

if the actual skill height, actual as a limting/boosting factor included in the training, if yes i come to five factors who affects training on a indivduell player. And i think i'll get a long with 4 ;)

I am not a massive fan of limiting players either because if a team gets lucky for a few consequetive drafts they can make a killing, BUT (there is always a but) putting a cap on the levels a player can be trained upto until there is a significant reduction to pop speeds is a brilliant idea to limit the amount of legendary players that are in the game & to ensure that there is a consistent increase in the valuation of players from lvl1 to lvl20.

If every player could become legendary (with the wages increasing exponentially I assume) then the value of these players on the market would decrease as it did in HT.

What is the scope of the visibility of the potential information?

As an aside, this seems to be my executive summary of training over the last few seasons. First, "Oh no, we don't have much separation in skill in players we need to speed up training", then "Training is too fast so will introduce stamina drops to slow down training" and "then training is too fast we need to slow training speed down" and now "There are too many good players we need to introduce player potential and really limit player skill."

Introducing the potential rating seems to really hinder teams just starting out and make it harder for them to catch up. Will new teams be able to see the potential of their initial team?

Its wrong.

The BB's announced they wanted to speed up the process and then slowly bring the trainingspeed back to a new level. So all of your thoughts about the thinkwise of the BB's aren't right, they were announced when they increased the training speed for the 1st time. The changes are not seperated from eachother, they are part of the project.
