These arena conversations are really getting out of hand. Why don't we simply agree that the best arena is 15k/10k?

I mean, 5k bleachers costs miserable 1 million. Everyone who reaches that point won't have a problem spending 1 million.

My God, bleachers CANNOT suppress lower tier sales. From game manual

and fans will buy the most expensive tickets they can afford.

Well, take any team that has over 19k seats. If they set minimum(or small enough) prices, only some bleachers would remain unsold. This is a proof towards my theory.

soft cap for arena should be somewhere around 20 k,way too many bleachers....

It's in some way the same as with players,when your player hits the soft cap training will slow down.
Your arena's sweetspot is somewhere around 20k,everything you build more in a way is wasted money,
because they will never be filled ,unless you gonna drop your pricing heavily.And you will never get the money back you have put in.How you build your arena is up to you,but I would stop at 21k ..
I have: 15500/4300/500/50,maybe I build 200 seats extra,and stop at 4500,and then my arena is done..
