So are you saying that you would make all of the tactic/roster decisions on your own or with a small group of maybe 2 other people then and not be open to community discussion as we already have?

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

But as long as the structure is maintained, there can be a continued standard of success (i.e. San Antonio Spurs)

Many would argue that the structure is already fubar.

Oreo's campaign is on one of restoration.

The french guy's campaign is about changing our structure that to his outside-looking-in eyes appears broken as well.

But to you. You're like a cat in a burning building sipping coffee going "This is fine"

Maintaining, or keeping a status quo is not a recipe for success. Recipes for success include improvement, development, innovation.

The french guy also said it best, that there needs to be less subjectivity involved in the players selected.

My question to everyone: How will "you" specifically, go about fixing the structure for sustained championship success.

Alright, I'm in. Someone ask my questions. It's time to throw aside most 2nd place finishes in history and take the reigns to the program I've helped build into a national power over the last 29 seasons.
