Yes I understand this I read the game manual. Have you ever played in the USA?. I have had a winning record every season that I played. History does matter because why would buzzerbeater keep data on the teams. In that case I am about to check the left two sides of division IV. As a matter fact I know this game keeps data on us because it uses a algorithim to keep teams in placed.

Yes, I know how BB works. To answer your question, no you don’t get promoted. Win a championship first and earn a title.

I just checked the whole USA division IV league. Pretty ecstatic with the results. 19-3 is the next best record for bot promotion and I believe that their wasn't that many and a few 20-2 20-1 teams. With my history, data that proves me a consistent winner I believe that I should promote but those are you guys opinions. Even if I politic my way in and say my integerity of the league depends on the whole playoff part of the league being shaken up I would still get in. You guys need to do your homework instead of tools and lying about what's going to happen.
