"We did it !
Facing a big BB-Nation such as France as soon as the first round was really not a gift. But we were all so motivated, deep down we knew we could do something huge ! And this time our crowd helped us to get revenge from last year loss.
I've had, as many of us, some trouble on the offense. It was hard to find the right pace against good defenders like them. But in sport it's just a matter of scoring more than the opponent, so we did the job defensively to give them no open shot and to protect the rebound. This huge team effort led me to my record of 20 rebounds.
I hope I'll be able to dominate the rebound as well in the next game, and to shoot better of course. Because now we will not have the chance to play at home anymore and we will only face strong opponents, starting with Chile next monday.
