This is how it was designed to work.
How it was designed or how it was implemented?

It is generally not a good idea for an automated process to do something that cannot be reproduced manually...

Technically speaking, if the auction winner is last bid after an autobid - the user saves 2% on the transfer fee.

This is definately a bug, not a feature

Just one more question, transfers that were wrong and someone bid more but didn't get the player, will they be maintained or resolved to the correct team?
No, sadly this is now something too complicated to do fairly.

When I set "Show player and staff bid confirmation popup" to "yes" in the preferences, autobid does not work for me. Also, you cannot set the amount you want in the "normal bid" as before.
Can you please provide a more detailed procedure to reproduce this?

I just want to ask that what will happen if a manager bid on the player that he is selling? And can the own manager set an autobid price to overbid others and raise the price?
No problem, as before and yes, you can use autobid.

Is it normal that the max bid is removed but the current bid increase when I use the bid button after using auto-bid?

Yes, this is the intended behaviour. Using both bid the autobid button, the autobid value can be removed or reduced.
