No, like training FTs (and game shape, for that matter), this type of team training (unlike passing or rebounding, e.g.) does not depend on minutes played. In fact, an injured player with zero minutes would receive the effects of stamina training. This is the reason why many managers train stamina or free throws during shortened weeks (All Star Week or after losing in conference playoffs).
