I guess it depends on what tactics you like to play.

a cente still profitate much more from IS and Rebounding then jump Shot and Driving when you play Run and Gun ;) The same goes for IS/JS for inside tactics with guards, and i believe there even more ;)

I'm talking about keeping defenses honest.
A center with average ID will do a better job defending against a center who has sensational IS and atrocious JS and DR, than against a center with prominent IS and respectable JS and DR,
even if we're only talking about inside shots in the paint
. He will stand back, leave him open for the jumper, and he will know what's comming. That in itself is a huge advantage in basketball.
The best one-on-one players in basketball are the ones who can either shoot, drive and finish. You can't leave them open, but if you run at them, they blow past you.

but a center will have lot more oppurtunitys, to make an layup then a jumper so most times he uses his IS against ID and not his jumper.

It's not about
using
the jumper, it's about the
threat
of using it.
Therefore you attract the defender away from the basket, and it's easier to get good inside position for a higher % inside shot.
edit: Think about Shaq. He has no jumper, so if you deny him good position inside (think Ben Wallace, or Varejao), he can have good inside shot but it doesn't matter, he's too far.
Now take a center like Al Horford or Al Jefferson, with a respectable jumper. Ben Wallace will always have the threat of the jumper, or in the post, turn around jumper, so he will not be as effective at denying good inside position.
I remember when Shaq was trying to guard Bargnani, he Bargnani would just get an easy dunk because he would pump-fake and Shaq would jump, or freeze and Bargnani would just blow past him for the dunk.

but in BB the IS of the Center would be always way more powerful then the JS, and aboput the RL example Shaq is the better player then horford and jefferson especially at his best days by far.

I think the problem of the best players being unwanted is getting worse not better.
Hormoz Kavousi (7652290)
Center
Owner: Lincoln Gorilla`s
Weekly salary: $ 416 643
DMI: 988000
Age: 26
Height: 7'1" / 216 cm
Potential: hall of famer
This guy from Iran's national team is getting sold up to twice a week for as low as $300,000. Their national team loves his triple insane big man skills but no league team wants him. This is Shaq in the prime of his career and no-one wants him. Does that not seem like a problem to anyone else?

I think it is common sense that this situation is horrible - but as long as the developers fail to recognize or do sthg. about it...

It's a fail, but we are getting used to see that when something is wrong in this game its always the manager fault, and not the game mistake...
I said it like 4 seasons ago that something like this was going to happen, its a shame that you can't have players like Shaq or Howard, but you can pay a Lebron James for 1/2 less than inside players.

Yes something is really wrong in the big man formula. For a start shot blocking needs to go way down in value. Every experienced player I know says never to train it. Then I think inside shot, inside defence and rebounding all need to come down a little in price - not 50% but maybe 25% at the higher levels so that the big guys who are straight legendary don't cost double the guards that are straight legndary.
