I think it is the developers choice not to show server time. So how can it then be a bug? =)
The weekly schedule can be found in the game manual with the right time shown if you set your language
The scrimmages are being defined to be closed between X to Y Server-Time. There is no local time for that.

Regardless to that;
1) I prefer English (USA), so the weekly schedule will be upon USA and not ISR.
2) There are few time zones in USA, so what you are saying about the Weekly schedule cannot be true anyhow.

I also use English (US), but the scheduled events are the same every week and should be real easy ti learn fast when they do occur.
Yes, here you are right/
The server is located in Boston as far as i know and hence server time is eastern standard time. In Sweden we have a -6h difference so you should have -8h difference if im not wrong.
No reason to make it complicated when there is no reason not to make it simple. They just need to add another clock, or right the difference from current clock to Server-Time.
All US users have the same time no matter where they live.
OK. Not that I think that it is the smart thing to do...
Although, I understand the problem of making multi-conferences for representing the different time-zones better.
It is less important, but I would have try and breaking the lower divisions (in the US) into East and West, and when there are several time-zones users at a single conference, to have the schedule be upon the home team.
This has a server affect, but probably a good one.
Instead having a Server burst for US, it will be break down into two (or more) time-zones.

And again, this is not the main thing here.
The main thing is that for a more user-friendly game, the BB-game should display the Server-Clock as well.

Adding another clock would probably just confuse a lot of people and they would bid on a player and have looked at the wrong clock. Perhaps add the server time at a page in the game manual or something like that.
Where is something less important. But it is something to be added.
The best place is on any place that the game is referring the Server-Time over the Local one.

Lets use Russia as an example for time zones then. Russia is spread out over 9 time zones. How would you go about solving this? A single time zone for each country may not be perfect, but it is simple.
I've already answered that...
Summarizing the most important point/s is/are:
1) The selection of conferences may use that. If possible.
In any case - the number of conferences per nation should be limited.

2) The game time should be upon the home team Time-Zone.

First of all the BB's would need to figure out where a person is located and then appoint them into a league upon that. Seems very complicated to me.
Not really - it is the user who defines it.
Like he selecets USA, he can select "zones" or Cities in the US.
