yes somehow snuck through the back door to div III, though not complaining as i am somehow leading my conference currently. So enjoying it while it lasts.

Yes am focussing on OD then looking at what you suggested either handling or 1on1. Didn't have the squad or depth to single train last season though should be able to this season.

If he was my guy i would mainly focus on OD. The U21 coach mllama loves OD and players that can defend. It wouldn't hurt to get OD up to prolific or even sensational. He has good height for a balanced player but his inside skills are to bad. Keep training him ONE position as an SG. You can never have to much OD and passing. Our 2nd best passing skill guy has only promient or prolific so if he has about that he will have more of a chance to make the team. He is your player so train him as you like but OD and passing you can never have enough.

I think your guy has a chance when he is 21.

Just keep training him with one position training and follow the advice already given by some of the others. He might be an outside chance when he is 21 years old. Defense is his biggest downfall and that needs to be brought up to at least prominent

Yeah just get OD and passing up first though. JS already pretty good but he should definately do JS training later in the season.

He is definatly in with a show when he is 21. Go the single possie training, get OD up first (ideally I'd want him to be at least sensational OD by the time he is 21, getting him up to say prominent now will give you a good base to achieve that). A little bit of passing training would be good (say proficient for now) then get up his shooting skills with what is left of the season.

Hey,
I'm trying to train him to be in the U21 national team. What would you think he needs to be on the team?

Little bit more OD even though he is a C, JR shouldn't matter that much but will help if that goes up. ID up to proficent or prominent, IS maybe proficent and reb maybe prominent and Shot Blocking should not be trained that much because of all it's salary and your C only has perennial allstar potential. It should go up because its a secondary to those inside skills.

I think for now just focus on your 3 core skills of IS/ID/Reb

He is still young and will have a good chance when he is 20/21 if trained right

Will do. Cheers, I want to get some passing training in as well at some stage though. Do you think it would be worth it?
