Great pick. You don't know how lucky you are. I would recommend training OD to proficient (9), then do PA to strong (8). After that, I would train either 1v1 Guards or JS Guards.

I agree with manon only I would rotate ID and reb until the ID reached 9 because some rebounds can help.

The first is my favorite trainee. Him and my other PG seem pretty useless for my U21 as it seems after they were scouted early this season, but I guess I am free to train them for myself. The first one has 87 TSP, and I plan to train him some more PA, OD, and SB. Some kind of unique player perhaps. The second PG lost 4 weeks of training last season because of injury (I had a level 3 doctor before the injury) and he lost any chance he had in making the U21. There was a season when I had so much injuries especially on my trainees I thought I was being targeted by angry BB Gods. They both look ready to play in DII next season but not as the main players as I hope to be competitive and add more quality then.

Not the greatest trainee to be honest. He is guard training height but his OD and JR are low.

what are your ideas his training? I am giving 1 position outside training this season because i have another guy whom i want to make a pf.In the meantime I want this guy to gain decent outside skills.Since he is 7 0 i want to develop him as a center so what are the most important outside skills for a center? I read somewhere that OD helps them to defend penetrating guards and they are less frequently get into foul trouble? Any other skills i should prioritize?

Hello guys.I barely avoided relegation in my league last season and I drafted these 2 guys. I believe with proper training, first guy can develop into an u-21 player. I started with one position OD training and as you can see he popped after first week. But do you think i should develeop his inside skills in his first season? Since I have 2 similar players I will determine my training plan to the benefit of these 2 so I am trying to find out the best way to develop them. I want to turn first one into an u-21 sf because he has already have decent inside skills and he is higher than your regular guard.

What are your thoughts?
