Actually the only players removed are the ones I remove when they are 22. And I have to check by myself if the skills are up-to-date (with the help of dartreb because I can't see the skills), because it's almost never the case. The U21 coach has also to make a point with scouts about the players, and say if there's something to change in the training plan. How does it work currently? Is there any kind of discussion between the U21 coach and the scouts or is it each scout in his corner?

It has happened that BigT or guiguits asked me for advice to train a player, but I have to admit that there wasn't much of a discussion between me and the scouts. So we will need to do this more in the future.

I just made the database a little more up-to-date. Wich means that I updated all the 20-21 year old players and I only kept the well-trained and high potential players. The result is just horrible I only had to keep 16 20-year old players, 8 of them are MVP+ This is very weak in comparison with other seasons. This means we have to do something about it. As said I will post an advertisment to have some new motivated scouts for next season. Maybe I will add a U21 advertisment to the player page in order to raise the motivation for training the draftees. What do you all think what should be in this advertisment?

I think the MVP+ should be followed by the NT staff (so supervised by the NT coach) from 18 year old.

Ok that's fine for me Maybe we should reorganize our scouting staff.
Something like this:
2 national team scouts for the MVP+ potential players and the 21+ year olds: JoeMaverick and Dartreb
4 (or more) U21 scouts for the lower potential players: 2 Dutch speaking managers and 2 French (we already have BigT and guiguits)

I took the risk to play with less enthusiasm although i knew Ventola is a team that I have always been struggling against. But my GS was much better than his, and having the HCA I thought it would be enough. I was wrong, good luck to him.

I thought i could give Olaeta and Jovo one last shot at a title but it's not gonna happen. Rebuilding process will now take place again... I have to say BB has become a very frustrating game with decent players costing an arm and great player being out of reach.

It is no news to anyone that 65 is a close friend - Go AmenRa! Back to back!

What strange playoffs. The loss by dartreb against Obira is not a big surprise, but the loss of Arlon was not expected. It's open door for AmenRa.

Indeed, very strange results in the red side. Before the playoffs i considered Arlon as a strong contender for the title against AmenRa, but i never thought they would lose the first round against Ventola. Although i do not underestimate Ventola either, because Ventola is a team that's always hard to play against. Ventola is the kind of team that on a given day can win against every team in the BBBL, but at the same time can also lose games never expected. You never know what to expect from them, which makes it a very dangerous opponent.
On the blue side, it's almost a certainty AmenRa will be the finalist, i do not see much difficulty for them reaching the finals.
Imo, the final will be AmenRa - Ventola. I see Ventola capable of doing surprising things.
So unlike Joe, i do not think the door is wide open for AmenRa, sure AmenRa is favourite, but they still have to get past Ventola.
