If u thinking of making him a PG its gonna be real hard but if you are thinking of building him up as a SG you might have a chance when he is 21 it all depends on how you train him.

I Know that.

I don't train PG's, I train SF's.

My two trainers got goods secondaries, but Schielmmeman doesn't have a good defense, but I'll change my train, because I wanna put him in the U-21 squad, and maybe in the NT squad.

Then you might have a chance to get him to the U21NT when he is 21.

I'm sure now ... The Outside is the real problem of the U21.

Ham,Bourget and Longhurst are the best players in my vision. What the U21 needs is bet on the Inside this season, and have hope for don't get a great outside.

Yeah outside players is normally a problem with our NT sides, we have been spoiled lately with some great talent in both NT sides but seems like we are a bit thin again which doesn't look good for the future. Hopefully we get some good drafts in the next 2 seasons because we don't want to have to replace 30 yr olds in the NT side with 22 yr olds again...

So what position the NT and U21 are have most necessity? PG or SG ?

How I already said, I get a great future player for U21 or maybe for NT, and him can be PG or SG.

Today He did a great start on my team, he should play a little time, but my SG went injured, and Schimmelmann played 35 minutes.

Look that!

I have this 19yr old rafael, so you decide what you want to work your player towards (PG or SG) and I will work towards the other. I was mainly going to concentrate on Passing/OD this season but I can do a few JS/JR's if you are working towards PG.
