can we get an alert when a team in our league goes bot?

Perhaps also display teamnames in standings/schedule-pages with Italics for bot-teams?

Replace the utopian nationality with real flags. Let managers of existing utopian players decide their nationality based upon three possible choices.

So personally I'm not a fan of this, as I'm from Lithuania and I feel proud of our national team that still doesn't have naturalized player.
However I think that there should be an option for each manager of NT and U21 team to have 1 naturalized player from any country . That could be players that were not chosen by their home national team . Maybe there could be some criteria such as : 3 seasons in any league of the country that naturalize (f.e French player plays x number seasons in Algeria so Algeria can use him in their NT/U21 IF he is not picked by his own nation). So smth like that..
Benefits ? First of all, a help for micro nations and their national teams.. Can't see big minuses of this idea.. Maybe difficulty to code everything..

It would be nice if the draft were useful on SOME level. If you are playing in anything above Div. V, the draft is useless. There is no real chance of a second rounder turning into an All-Star.

You can't train a guy with 40-50 TSP into 80 and above. You just can't, regardless of his supposed potential. I have literally played this game for years and have never had a franchise changing player. At best, bench support from the draft. And even then it's stretching it.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars spend on scouting to draft the right player/s near the top and it makes no difference. Might as well get rid of the draft or change to have some real impact players each season.

Impact players, not guys who are instantly released moments after appearing on the roster and not worth wasting minutes trying to train. It is a real deterrent to remaining a supporter.

Not sure who will read this or if it will matter, but it needs to be said. I'm sure I'm not the first or last to say it.

Well, I can't take a look at the TSP of your team, I'm not sure you understand how the roster selection works for other teams. So I can only take you at your word.

And yes, I understand how the training works. And even in your BEST case scenario, you are Div. III. with no player (if I remember correctly) much over a 30k salary. That's not competing on the highest levels of BB.

If middling in the middle divisions with all of your wonderful draft picks who in their prime...is proof the system "works"...then ok, you got me.

Right, salaries don't tell the whole story, but in the absence of actual data (TSP) on your players it was the only data available in which to evaluate your team, which you recommended, not lme.

Congrats on being promoted to Div. II and not being able to stay there and having no chance at progressing beyond where you are...which is the point.

The talent accrual function is lopsided and teams do not compete with comparable constraints. No salary cap, no comparable revenue no realistic hope of garnering great talent through the draft.

Through everything you've said, you've only admitted that you've never received anyone special in the draft, while thumping your chest on promotion...which was not my point.

So despite your great prowess as a manager and GM, you can't sniff the top and you have no realistic expectation of franchise altering talent coming your way. That about sums up my point.
