i already indicated i meant no offense, meaning i am answering you with a very clear perspective and no intention of anything negative.

i just meant that you ask what is his opinion when its already stated i think 2 replies before your post.

This is the precise irony I referred to when I said:

I realize sarcasm is sometimes hard to pick up in print, but I felt fairly confident that I was obvious enough this time. Apparently I was not.

is there a chance to increase the output of higher level trainers at least in the beginning, the prices are unreal as well....

does lvl 5 saff with low salary is equal to lvl 5 staff with high salary?
or there are these low salary lvl 5 = lvl9, and with high salary = lvl10 staff from old system?

All staff with level X is equal to any other staff with the same level: otherwise it would mean that staff would increase their skill on weekly basis together with their salary.

It still doesnt make any sense in playability about the stuff o increasing salaries EVERY WEEK!
i can change the tickets monthly and draft players yearly but my staff gets raise every weeek? thats kinda odd!

I didnt like this at all, and if their slary is increasing there shall be some othere effects of it other than just costing more! otherwise its just annoying!

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

monthly?? if the increase is weekly my coach gives 30% rise by ONE SEZON :/ I think it's irrational.

ps.; I'm talking bout 5 lvl staff, and there is also higher ;]

If weekly or monthly I think it doesn't matter.. while staff demands slightly increase every week, that means better controll of your expenses, than a 1 bigger increase every month

I'm talking about the less increase then 30% a year, I'm talking about max 15%...
If staff get less money rise then we have more time to play and don't have to look around on TL and change them...

Well lesser increase means even that you have to change your staff on the middle of the road anyway, because if you will pay 5k in advance and more for 1 more season, you will feel that, so only point of this change could be lesser expenses for a staff member

While it seems great to have 6 lvl coach for more seasons to have payback from that spent 1000 000 USD, indeed
