There are different opinions on how useful SB is. Just because you think it is useless it doesnt mean it is so.

some posted that there are pops after GS training in other skills. that´s cool. my question is: how high is the percentage for the other skills with GS. we know that, lets say with pressure, around 10% are used for a random skill. but GS isn´t a real skill. GS depends on the minutes and your doc. so is there a possibility that with GS training, we have 30% or 50% or more percent for the other skills? is there someone who trains the whole time GS?

IS training this week, 1 pop at IS and 1 on stamina, stamina was the 3rd lowest skill of the player (I trained IS)
