My lineups would be about the same as all the other candidates.

That answer is pretty contradictory to this:
Have the candidates even shown dedication to this duty? In my opinion, no. None of them created a thread like I did. They all did the bare minimum, which was answering your questions. Would you want someone who did the bare minimum as U21 manager? Would you want someone who went the extra mile as the U21 manager? I know that I would want the person who went the extra mile, regardless of who they were.

Doesn't make much sense does it?

This reminds me of the movie "Office Space" when talking about "flair"....first awesome the Toccoa has done for me.

Buckeyefan01 had my vote until his TPS (Toccoa Panther Status) reports started losing their luster. If he would've hired Tangosz as his PR manager, this election would be a totally different ball game right now......

To all canidates, I am pretty much in a deadlock, and I do believe oriole, magiker, or smallfrie would all be great coach's. So, i have come to a simple conclusion to figure out everyone's problems. Which came first the chicken or the egg??? Whoever gives the best response earns my vote.

"about the same"....this tells me nothing. Especially since you were not intimately involved with the team like the other 3 candidates. I'm disappointed in the laziness of this answer and proves to me you are not ready.

I can get my "luster" back. It is just whether I decide to use it or not. Some situations require me to be more serious and some I can be more laid back. Right now is a time for seriousness though.

Neither came first as it was due to evolution. An animal similar to the chicken evolved and learned to make funny sounds and learned how to put lay in the middle of a bun and called himself a McChicken. From there the chicken like animal wanted more of its kind and started to learn how to pop eggs out of itself that everyone soon called a chicken. So therefor neither came first. :D

As far as I am concerned, the chicken came along when I ran for this U21 election. Other countries new that I would beat up on them if I became the U21 manager. Thus, they were so afraid that they s**t themselves. Instead of poop, out came three eggs, known as oriole, magiker, and smallfrie. They sent these three to try to stop my becoming manager. (If you vote for me you can help out the U21 team). So, the chicken came first.

@smallfrie ... if neither of them came first that means that they came at the exact same time. That seems reasonableNOT (in a Borat voice)
