BB is a game of mathematics. You do not have to spend too much time here to be successful. You can still have normal life while successfully playing BB. If you want to own at WOW, you will have to nolife. Simple as that.
Nothing is impossible in this game. You just need patience.

You ignore the points in my post, friend :)

As my post is just above yours, I don't feel like reposting it ;)
I explained why I think there is a difference in thinking and motivations between a farm team and a hitman team. Care to share your feelings about it ? I don't like farm teams but, at least, they are not dedicated to destroy.
I don't know if such a thing as a hitman team really exist, I don't want to speculate on this particular user's good or bad will. The fact is it can be done and apparently the BBs won't do anything to prevent it.

A Frenchman could have fired him too. The nationalty of the team doesn't make any difference. Extreme NT rivalry could be an extra incentive... maybe... I think the incentive to be an a** is enough motivation. The consequence is on a whole national community and leaves a very bad taste in mouth. To me, it's incompatible with a game that wants to promote friendly gaming betweeen national communities through NT competitions.

Claiming a player can always be "saved" by being kept forever in the roster is simply looking away. I still have faith that the BBs don't want this kind of tactics to get a foothold in the game.

On a sarcastic note, I am learning the lesson that BB is about putting the best players together. All these endless talks about assembling and managing a team was actually a recreation. It's binary, good enough/not good enough. Riaud was not good enough or else he would have been kept in the roster despite successive weeks of bad game shape. I thought it was a game with complex dynamics but I have it explained to me by a BB and a valuable member that it is not :D

Farm teams destroy the game in a sence that - teams should be created to win. Farm teams are created just to be able to support one player. In the ideal world there would be teams competing for championship and best players from the best teams will get chosen for NT-s. In the farm teams world, players in the NT-s are not even competing at the highest level.
Now we can argue about the fact that in the real world some NT players might play in the second league in a foreing country, but I think we all can agree that no NT player will play in the second league of their own country!
So perhaps there should be a restriction of appointing players into the NT. No players from teams below divI of their own country. This would not be enforced for U21 teams? Additionally no below divI teams can bid on NT players from theyr own country.

germany played with Robin Benzing(2cd german league) and Elias Harris(3rd German league) at the european competition in Poland last year^^

So overall a silly rule.

First plays in Bundesliga now and second plays in NCAA. So they got theyr calling card 1 season early. Just like Team America adds few players from college teams. It's not like they could not get better players for those spots.
In this game you can not enforce players to switch teams when they are ready for NT level action. In real life they will be picked up by better clubs. In this game you would need to restrict NT appointing before he is eligible (national divI or foreign divI+divII for example).

I'm just saying if you can have NT player farm teams, you can also have NT player destroyer teams.

but they was second league players when they play in the NT also a guy called Doreth got the call to the NT who is still a third league player, and i don't think the NCAA is on a level with the Bundesliga(first league) ;)

Well, how surprising. He began to be bad trained, having bad amounts of minutes just after an important match between France and Poland was announced, if I remember well.
it wasn't a multi account. Just a farm that became a trap for NT potential from a rival NT.

May i know when Polish national team played against French team after 12.12.2009 (date of last Riaud match) If you cant show me apologised would be welcome.
