I see JJ as an overpaid, but a move that Hawks should do. With him, they are PO team, without him, back to mediocre years. Yes he is not a franchise player, but its not all or nothing. They are something between. Atlanta is not popular destination for the top FA, so his replacement would be really hard. Also just to note that he game of JJ is not based on his athleticism, so he will age much better than lets say Amare, o Wade.
