honestly, you have a ticket on your face with the write "I play for 5 seasons before this account!!!" ?? no...then, shut up and let us work!! your starting post have no sense...and cashwinner show you that...

ps: thank you cash ;-)

Sure, you're damn right its a public forum, but you won't see me replying to any other of your posts, have fun with South Africa! OH wait they don't want you anymore! Heh, those "glory" days baby!

I don't think you understand that Nomikos was just a temporary player *facepalm* man you must know everything im doing!!! I mean its not like I had just recently bought him or anything *facepalm*

Enjoy those glory days!

My glory days are still forthcoming, so my plans are quite ambitious and I am regularly executing on them.

About forum, I feel free (as you do) to be active here (see previous post), South Africa, Italy, as well as several other countries when I see that there are interesting discussions and/or I can bring some value in.

However, don't shame for not having achieved even one tenth of my CV. I don't care, you can provide your suggestions. Or may be you can be a bit less unfair and a bit more specific instead of yielling "I will win the World Cup". Have you ever talked with any Ghana's manager?

You did an awesome job for the U21 team! (you and your whole crew {assistants, scouts, etc} ), thanks man for everything.. i really value your efforts and wish you all the best in the future..

Thanks again and good luck..

My respect

Thanks Cash. I really appreciate your words, coming from the most active and experienced manager in Ghana. I really hope the best for your U21 and NT, and I will be always available for helping or to give suggestions of any kind. If Ghana will manage to grow, to increase the number of really active teams, I'm sure that a bright future could be just around the corner. Wishing to see the golden cup for the African Tournament :-)

I don't mean to be offensive, but your post here made no sense, could you state it more clearly? And no I didnt play 5 seasons before this account, I played before then, if you're not getting the job done someones gonna speak up, that someone is me. Where i'll be running when the U21 election comes up, whether I win or not is anyones guess, but i'll be trying to win.

I'm talking about your first post (171112.4)...at this point of the season, that post have no sense..just that...it was provocative...you could wait until the end of the season, before criticize our work..you could wait the elections..

Another disappointing season by the Ghana U21 National Team............quite a shame I must say myself, hopefully the players can overcome the coaches short comings.

this is a critic about our work, or not??
then, why you refuse to answer at our questions?? why you don't say us in what we are wrong?? how you can say that you are a better coach than us??

Obviously I look at the performances in the games and the strategic decisions made by the Ghana staff that I feel are poor, obviously I cannot answer all of these questions, why you ask? Well to put it simply I cannot see the attributes or player skills, but this does not mean I am not knowledgeable.

To my knowledge you have not really asked any questions except those of how I can criticze you, and asking where you guys made excuses.

Also another point i'd like to bring up, I look at the ghana players and notice none are owned by the Ghana NT staff, can you answer why this is? Surely some knowledgeable, advanced, smart managers like you guys could train some nice Ghana players, as i'm sure Ghana teams would be willing to sell. Why are you guys not willing to make the sacrifice to improve Ghana? I myself, if elected U21 manager will be willing to train Ghana players, obviously I can't train the entire team, but for example, I could train some guards, or another certain position.

oh, yeah...it's really professional that...I have no problem to train NT players, but is not etic to train a player of ghana for me, because anyone could think that he's on NT only for this...but the coaches are not taken at random, they are excellent coaches who provide us the one position training..

after I would to hear your strategic decisions, ours are poor...

Did you not read what I just posted? *facepalm* please try reading it again, it will answer your question about the decisions, either way it seems you have no point to prove and are just constantly trolling, thanks for your work for Ghana, but for Ghana's sake I hope you choose to move on as well after this season.
