Well, if my reasoning is so terrible, prove me wrong instead of just asserting the opposite. I stick to my opinion that in RnG, you need Driving for all positions to be successful, and passing only on your PG. Conversely, with Princeton or Patient, you need good passing at all positions, but only two or three good Drivers - those being the players you want to take the shots.

Rebounding isn't too bad,
but on SG's range increases salary by like 20k a pop once you start getting over sensational.
Not all R and G pgs have high assists, that's faulty logic. They need high passing. If they have strong passing they still aren't going to get many assists, and the team won't do as well.

Again, you are completely backwards.
JR is probably one of the most important skills for R and G and not that necessary for Motion. Motion is mostly mid rangers.
Try a team with high JS and low JR then play motion, then play Run and Gun and see the difference in your game ratings and performance.

i dont care about gameratings and usually motion gives me more 3pt-attempts than r&g
but i'm open for other opinions, thats why i was asking

Game ratings are pretty comprehensive in showing what exactly what happened in the game.

Except game ratings don't show FT, which in some games that is the deciding factor

Game ratings show you how BB worked years ago...
You are telling a lot of assumptions as if they are proven and not discussable, but I´m pretty sure you are wrong in many aspects.

Getting off the one-upmanship train for a moment, I'd just like to add that high stamina is also a very effective skill when playing RnG.
Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.
