Hey guys good conversation going here.
I guess we all are learning in a hurry the buisness side of things and how important to stay financially solvent and to stick with a plan once you found it.
I always loved this particular leauge because of the comparative balance here.
I won't put my two cents in too much, but I have put this leauge down as one of my favorite forums to read.
I would like to get a full dress scimmage with the Serpents, later in the year to see their power for myself.

Gl guys

Your youngest trainee is 21 which already makes them receive less than 75% of training effectiveness, then you factor in height losses and 2 position training and I would say I'm not all that surprised. I don't fully expect a pop every 2 weeks even with 1 position training.

Got a little scared when I saw your buys, but seeing that theyre just trainees make me happy. Btw if you are going to train them to be guards...have fun those heights are going to be fun to work with.

BTW I thank all you high salaried teams for selling some of players after the season started. You guys made our TV Contract pretty high.

I don't have much experience with training 23 or 24 year old players, so I can only regurgitate what I've read on the forums.

I fairly consistently get 10-13 pops per season through 21 years old with 1 position training. I would imagine 4 weeks is probably accurate for 2 position at 24.
