Dear yodabig,
I'm glad to know that you are interested in Ghana NT and community, we would need managers like you, but your messages are only full of pointless criticism and lack of respect for our work and our will to help this NT to reach better results.
We have too few managers to think we can build a competitive NT quickly, the main thing we need are new managers and new players to build up a new Ghana asap. I read that you have some Ghanaians friends.

Why don't you help us with this intitiative?
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thread=226481&m=1

If you are seriously interested in Ghana's future I am sure you will help, but reading your posts make me think that you are here only to destroy our staff's image, because you wanted to be in charge here but you lost last elections.

I hope I am wrong.
Have a nice game,
Temhbin

Now that is a fantastic initiative one that will really do something to change BB Ghana. When I was running the India U21 team we had one guy whose entire role was publicity and he was recruiting up to 50 teams a season mainly through Facebook. Speaking personally I don't have Facebook so I don't think I can help there and I did already ask my friend from the lifesaving club but he isn't into basketball.

Don't know how I can actually help with this but what I will say again is that this is a brilliant initiative and I am very, very pleased that you have done this.

PS: I didn't lose the election I saw the writing on the wall that it would probably be a 0 vote election and so instead went for Bolivia, but obviously I was a bit upset that I was defeated by someone that I percieved to be doing nothing. If that is no longer the case then I say fantastic and your team will have my full endorsement (not that it is worth anything at all) for another term.

PPS: I think this is a lot more constructive than all of the previous discussions we have had.

I really don't understand, you always critic my work but you never propose something to let ghana grow.

Anyway, this is an example of what we do and you don't see (temhbin worte on August, 23th).

First I thought we were just about to move on. I praised that initiative. I thought we were ready to make peace and cooperate but you come out and attack me again and spread lies. If you look at my previous posts I have had many, many suggestions as to what you could be doing so sadly that is a lie. Next the date on that post is today not August 23rd so that is another lie.

Disappointing.

WHAT? ok, you can't use facebook. The post is dated August, 23th, if you can't read a date is not my fault.

What i read in your post is: you lose matches, you don't save players, you don't write, you do nothing.. now tell me, are these suggestion? imho no. imho they are pointless critic, nothing else.

I'm ready to make peace, but you?

Hi everyone,
I'm here to show you our way to break into Ghanaians's heart, and let this game spread among younger and less young Ghanaians in order to take this NT to an higher level, the level we all expect this nation has to reach.
We started inviting young Ghananians basketball players through Facebook, writing our message in groups like this (basketball related):

https://www.facebook.com/ghanabasketball

We need your help too!
Let this message spread through all Ghanaians communities you know, the most important things this NT needs are managers and players.
Our initiative could give new life to Ghana's BB community and his NT, our staff has seen, would want to see and WILL see this nation win all the most important competitions, and you will have a leading role in this, if you help us.

C'mon guys,
spread THE message, let's build Ghana togheter!!

This was the post that the link led to. Show me where it says this was August 23rd?

If your coach says don't rush your shot, don't have your elbows sticking out, you are taking your eye off the ball, you haven't been practicing free throws enough these are all indeed suggestions not pointless criticisms.

Dear yodabig,
It's not a matter of contents.
It would be useless arguing if You only wanted to suggest us a new way to manage Ghana NT.
It's a matter of form.
What you wrote, in the form you wrote It, says : "The actual NT manager isn't able to do his job, and he doesn't own the proper skills to do that in the future. He is ruining actual Ghana's NT and Ghana's NT for next seasons."
We don't think so, and If you wanted to objectively watch the situation, you would find that actual NT manager is just doing what the situation allows him to do.

Your suggestion are always welcome here, but I ask you to change your way to write them, because you can't truly know the job we are doing day by day, trying to keep contacts with managers that don't answer, trying to keep alive players that belongs to teams that are in the way of disbanding, trying to grow in the best possible way players without potentials and skills.

There is an hard work to do here, and we don't fear to do it at our best.
Your messages made our job only harder, because they put our staff and the NT manager in the position to justify errors he didn't have done.

I hope you will understand that these kind of messages are not useful for our staff, but mainly for Ghana's NT.

I would be glad to know your opinion in the matter, with the proper form a NT forum requires.
Sincerely,
Temhbin

Very reasonable reply. Now if a user from Ghana decides to look in the forums to see if anything is happening he will be able to see that the NT staff are doing something, that there is a plan and that maybe training a young player from Ghana is a very important and rewarding thing to do. While the internal competition in Ghana may be a little limited any local manager that is interested can help to make their national team one of the best in Africa and do something to help their nation.

It has been a couple more weeks. No forum posts about anything and some crushing losses in your games by 50 and 80 wow. There is an U21 team player for sale and you are allowed to advertise but I see you have chosen not to. I wont make any assumptions this time but I would like to know what you guys have been doing recently to help Ghana?
