1st off....He says I am only contacting managers in the JBBL..which is BS..All he has to do is look at the players on the team and see that some of them are playing in Div.2.
Second....sorry if I do not take a manager who has been playing the game for 4 weeks seriously. Give the guy a JOB...doing what? I think his time would be best served learning the in's and out's of the game.
I have my data base of young players and those players are for my and their owners eyes only. If he buys or drafts a player that he thinks is good enough to be put in the database then all he has to do is BB mail me. I get about 6 BB mails a week about player development and training advice and I have one slot open to save any Superstar or better player that needs saving. I just think it's kind of weird timing that some crack pot who has been playing the game for a month comes out in the forums attacking an undefeated sitting NT manager.

Dear Yellow cake, I mean for your weakness. Just suggestion, if you know what I meaning you can change and improve for your skill. Sure that is not debate thread, don't worry for me, I will not entering coming election. I agreed with Wolph
NT job is a lot of job.
you must need to do a lot of things. I wanna point of to you this.

Please don't be laugh, I talking in forum for future Nippon NT improvement. I also dont want to argue with you. I wanna say one thing my team just start in BB. But I am not beginner, you can see first week what I did you must need to know about my knowledge. May be I am reborn. And also I don't want to say about how you handling for winning game. I mean you must need to active more and take care of other managers and Nippon talent rosters. I wanna want to say about how to improve for advance level. Now your team good condition but not in great world level, we are in second world level. How to improve and how to go for more higher level. Are you happy for winning in this level for your NT? I really not happy. We are small environment but all the NT can select 18 rosters. So why we cannot train great 18 rosters for every season? But that you can not do alone. Me too...
But you can control and lead with others. Am I wrong?

Actually last night before I posted I already scouted for 18 years old talents. Above all-star potential have only 12 rosters. Some are retired and some are under bob teams. These talent are:
1. Sadaharu F. (26672896)
2. Hiroaki Itoh (26672864)
3. Ryoh Kawaguchi (26672892)
4. Toshiaki Hirano (26672878)
5. Hidemichi N. (26672905)
6. Masayuki I. (26672910)
7. Hirotsugu Hotta (26672944)
8. Yushiyuki Miura (26673041)
9. Kouta Yamane (26672844)
10. Shinya Kishita (27997783)
11. Nobuhiko Tagawa (26672843)
12. Yuji Ichisada (26672851)

These 12 rosters you still not yet take care of them now 1/3 of the season 21 already. You selected some roster to your team but some are better them him. You still did not give instruction for any training plan. Some manager are beginner you must need to guide line for hiring trainer staff and how to do training and how to maintain the game shape. But you did not do. You said in forum I need passing skill, please train passing. That was really bad trainer. Some rosters are under the one of the team, but inside position and outside position. How to train together? Must need to explain and sell one roster to other team who can train him. Some roster are still not yet play any minutes until now so how to increase his skill?
I don't want to argue with you just point of view and please change your style. Please cover and control the 19 years and above rosters. They will be one day great rosters in our national team. Don't worry I will start to try to cover for 18 years. If you wish I really welcome to you and other ppl also. Good luck...

Please let me advice one thing for your 2 Nippon talent.
6' 6" height is not really suitable for inside position. If your trainees will be these 2 guys, you will train SF position for them. They will be one day great SF in senior team. :)

Good condition and point of view bro. I agreed with you. But I point of this for more good condition and advance. I don't know their skill and I also dont know other rosters skill also. But I saw their history, they are playing great in inside position. But they are still young. If they can train in guard for jump range or OD, the better situation is play in SF and train their JS is better than train rebounding. I mean training for SF. I am sure if YC will train all the way them for SF skill if the will need at least 2 seasons they will be hero for YC after 2 seasons. Their transfer value also more than inside value. Just my seeing. That is not the best. We all must need to try best way. Sorry one more may be one on one in forward position? How is the best? I wanna be we discuss like that all of Nippon managers and improve our leagues and NT. I don't want to be NT manager. I just want to be improve. Actually I don't want to take over also. Good luck.

Asano is going to be a SF/PF and Mootori is going to be my PF and sometimes play at C for the missmatch. For training, I think 6'6 is the Holy Grail of Heights(maybe 6'7)...The Bigs stuff doesn't slow down that much and the small stuff(OD/passing) only slows down a wee bit. I guess if you had been playing for a bit longer you would know the every position needs OD/passing/ and JS/JR. a level 1 OD on a C could be death. I feel like I should be charging you for these lessons.
OK...Here is tonights game....as you can see...my two trainees are just fine..

Shinaga? You've now moved from outta "passionate" and into the realm of "somewhat crazy".

Perhaps train your MVP 18yo, get him to a state where he's actually a viable member for U21 consideration... THEN you might have grounds to push your opinion so vehemently.
