You need to give your players ~60 minutes every week and they will always have 8 as lowest in GS.

probably will have 8 as lowest in GS. I have 1 player this year who hasn't budged from 7. His weekly minutes: 58, 70, 51, 65. 7 every %&*$#@ week.
