There's no" let go option" on menu for staff its only fired or hired in your case you fired. Hoarding players is having a lot of players that you don't use. All my players play. I use only 9 and only have 9. That's not hoarding players, buying players is not hoarding players. They have trained before

you know the draft is buying players too for 14 week, 20k a week that's what. 280K.. the majority of the cap is for lower team 160K to buy a player.. I find this funny when we talk about cheap training alternatives.. the truth is old players salary go down after some time with a skill drop. yes it true you can sell a 18 yr old for 4 mill. but they can win at div 3 and below. unless you have group of vets around that player.

training and buying goes hand and hand. I think you know this way better than me, I bought a lot of players at 23/24 so there was a lot of green arrow Fridays. If I wanted to sell there'd be green I my account Monday's mornings as well.

lol. Farming is training player to sell that you are using not to use win games with mostly youth player, most going up to top/ nt teams or sold for a lot of money. I find it funny you try compare my team to that,. look at my transaction -3.2mill.. .. I must be the new ted turner . One point you don't get is tactic cost money to run ad great amount of time. skills cost money to get.. you can do it the hard way (training)or you do it the buying(if the manger don't know the skills needed for the tactics he just wasted his money period).. Staying up 6-8 hrs for a player is not easy when you have 5 am job. You neglect that point. So again no easy way to success

When was my record ever 0-22, when the last time I was at the bottom of league , when was last time I sold a player for over a million, now I could if I wanted too . It has never happened and never will, it has nothing to do with in game money.

This game is about winning period. Its a free market, im going to use it, draft is a option, just like market. if see a good player on the market why should i be a idiot and say the BB draft going to bring me better with training. Its about winning. you dont get any awards for losing!! training is fun I 100% agree , its a safer bet, but it goig to be some time before you start winning.. Even when you do, you will still have to buy players.

You bring up a good point. IMO the best prospects to buy at this point are well trained players around the 20-21 range with a salary of 10,000. Why? Because every season you train the guy he will add 10,000 or more on average to training exemption. This is much better than buying the guy at 18 and getting only 3,000/year for the first 3 seasons. I am desperately looking for a prospect to add to my team in that range. Although I have 4 players that I have drafted since season 20, I only have a training exemption of 30,000. Of course by next season this number will be around 50,000. The season after that close to 100,000.

At this point I can field a roster of around $350K without paying a tax. But I am in div III. If I were to go for a title shot this season I would need to carry a roster around 350K.

To go from Div II to Div I, I believe the tax has much more value. From Div III to Div II I believe either a really strong team with HCA or a huge savings will get the title. The tax matters most to Div II and Div I.

The biggest bonus of tax exemption is making title contending more exciting.

I hear what U saying- last season I made mistake and due to promotion fight I sold two PF that I 've co-trained. They would gave me around 150 k tax exception should I retained them.

Now I decided to change club policy- I have one draftee SF that I m looking to make into great player, I 've added one great young SG and looking to be last in league if I find great talent in this season's draft. I 've plenty unused draft points so that wont be problem. Plan is to train those three kids into at least rotation players and later starters and to add some great players in need of few skills that will raise their salary- that I hope will bring me a lot of salary exception in future ;)
