Trotz des Triple Doubles von Poniatowski und des Spieltags-MVP Simonič ziehen die Hellenen bei Colo-Colo, wo Ringler mit seinen fuenf Dreiern ebenfalls den Ligabestwert egalisierte, den Kuerzeren.

Mit 8 Dreiern beendet die Erdinger Pflaume endlich den Stellungskrieg um die meisten Treffer in einem Spiel. Dass er/sie dafuer auch gleich den neuen Rekord von 55 Minuten aufgestellt hat, darf dabei aber nicht unerwaehnt bleiben, denn vier Dreier fielen in der Overtime.
Nach zehn Spieltagen stehen ausserdem mit Carlaxity und C99 noch zwei Teams mit weisser Weste da. Doch eine Serie wird jetzt enden, wenn die beiden Ueberfliegerteams im Spitzenspiel morgen im Carlsdome aufeinander treffen.

50 Assists sind mal ne Hausnummer

Gerade mal vier Spiele boten diesmal ernsthafte Unterhaltung fuer die Zuschauer, weil tatsaechlich beide Teams den Eindruck machten, am Sieg interessiert zu sein. So finden sich erwartungsgemaess eine Reihe von Spielern der Beschenkten unter den Topperformern. Am meisten tat sich dabei der langsam in die Jahre kommende Bernd Sachsen-Coburg von AC Basketball hervor, der sich mit seiner Topleistung auf der sonst eher schwach besetzten 3er Position sogar den MVP-Titel sicherte.

Bei noch drei ausstehenden Vergleichen ist also noch alles moeglich.

Diesmal gab es nur drei kampflose Partien, weil sich die Gegner lieber auf ihre moeglicherweise zwei anstehenden Pokalspiele konzentrieren wollten. Eine dieser Spassbegegnungen nutzte Auntchain von BG Fidelitas, um wenigstens mal wieder ein Ausrufezeichen auf dem Scoreboard zu setzen. Mit seinem Triple Double bei sehr guter Wurfquote und ohne jeglichen Turnover konnte der MVP-Titel des Spieltags nur an ihn gehen.
Ein anderer bekannter Name machte diesmal anderweitig auf sich aufmerksam, als er in dem Moment, wo Praesident Manuel Guzman zu Beginn des zweiten Viertels seinen Sitzplatz erreichte, sein 6. Foul kassierte. Nach elf Minuten Spielzeit mit 4 Punkten und einem Rebound war damit Feierabend fuer Luke Sherrod, die Nummer 1 in der II, wenn es um Fouls geht.
