Exactly. Easy. And yes, that's how I'd be getting trainers to train players, because it works. .

Mickyster, certainly didn't miss that you've done some 2 position training, I'm asking you to show evidence that your method works for 48mins for 3 trainees, which you claimed it has all season except twice.. after all, we are recommending to this new trainer to one position train ;)

You've done some passing training and OD with Rudd and peachey, who was your third trainee and how many mins did he get in single position?

Ha ha, nice one.

Pity they didn't get full training, they could've been great trainees!

haha they are Ivan is coming along great and Jamie was drafted as a 19 year old. Been mostly a add on trainee.
I have hope of Ivan playing NT after 21 NT last season. Without going through everything I think one week Ivan missed 9 mins but still got his pop in training that week. The other person to miss minutes was Rudd.
Jamie only joins in on 2 position training.

And as 3rd trainee(s??), how have their single position trainings gone once your main 2 trainees have got full minutes?

Don't let the pops fool you on weeks you don't give them full minutes, you've still missed out on significant training!

8 mins short over a season would equal how Much? In your option?

Too much. As the u21 coach, my advice would be to get the full 48. Is it 8 mins though? looking at your players mins, they miss a lot more than 8 mins each week for single position.

Is the purpose of this game is only to train nt and 21 nt players then yes do that. But people need to see success with their own teams also and playing a guy 48 mins is not a great thing for results as they get tied the play far worse late in the game. In order imo to keep people training players for 21 nt long term there needs to be benefits for their own team also out side of just nt. If people need to sacrifice results to do it you keep the pool of potential trainers down.

IF TRAINING A PLAYER FOR 21nt also makes their side win more there will be more people training guys for the nt.

Sorry for the caps hit it on iPad.

Great thing about this game is their a different roads to take to get there. I and some others obvious see it a bit different to you. I've said what I think and offered to help the guy for no other reason because I can and I want there to be more successful people playing this game. I thinking putting guys in 48 mins a game while trying to perform also is not good advise. People do not need to pick between training and doing well. It's possiable to get some balance.

If my team interest you so much you know all my training mins each week and what positions I'm training then thanks for being interested. I disagree with your advise and you did not answer my question. I get the feeling this is something more then just this. But I'm over it. We disagree let's leave it at that. Is not the first time we have but I don't go in about it in public. I accept you see thing differently on some maters and when it's your business don't care. But I will continue to offer advice for those who ask it.

"About 32 mins for my third trainee" is the answer your avoiding. Is that 50% training each week? It'd be nice to know concrete stats on that. But I wouldn't recommend it to people.

Success will also come if people train properly, which is an important part of this game, and this thread is called "training help", not "alternate views on mixing training with success". Success will come to a team that benefits from 3 trainees all able to get single position training, a key component to teach trainers. I don't think teaching them a way that only works for 2 trainees, or 2 position training is helping, it leads to dud trainees that fall behind for their age.

Interested to hear of these others you are reffering to that support your training method? I think pretty much everyone training agrees 48mins is the way to go with 3 players and single positioning. happy to answer your questions.

Stats wise, every season ive attempted this, ithas worked about 50% of the time.

Which has lead to excessive RB/1N1/JS training.

But Ive never tanked (or even semi tanked) so I think that makes a difference as well.

but yer I guess 50% success was frustrating me so I prefered to reduce my heart ache.
