After 10 games of season's 22 games, it looks like the conference is the total opposite of Season 30 Heaven.
What do I mean?
Well, last season Great 8 ended up with generally more wins than Big 8 and the roster salary was generally higher.
This season, Big 8 seems to be winning more games against Great 8 and the top half teams with highest top 8 roster salary are mostly from Big 8 (5 vs 3)

I would think this situation is very much due to arena expansion/income.
Season 30, most of the Big 8 teams focused on arena expansion as evident by their current arena size. As of this week, 7 Heaven teams have an arena size >15K, 5 of which are from Big 8.

The top 3 promising teams to look out for to win Heaven Season 31 in my mind are:
NiElSexoTampoco: S30 Heaven winner with a current status of 9-1
İzmir Butchers: S30 Utopia Cup winner with a current status of 9-1
Wunder Bozz: Newly promoted team with a current status of 9-1. Showing very good potential with the highest top 8 roster salary in Heaven atm.
