PS: I see why you would consider this a positive, but I look at it and think "If we know that, then wtf would we even try using Motion"

We work with what we have. Last season we had three players on the roster (along with two other prospects) that eclipsed 16/10 JS/JR. That, along with the fact they we were unsure if Italy would use GDP, and 100% sure that they would never guess Motion on us, lead us to that victorious tactic.

You have been talking about building different types of players and sending them in different training routes, yet you make a comment about us using a tactic that not many people use... It confuses me. Are you saying that you think we didn't have the personnel last season to run Motion? Would you not switch up tactics in the semifinal and final matches if you thought we could play a tactic well but you weren't sure? Your comment doesn't make sense to me.

Kind regards,

I like to think of us as a secret society.

Could you explain how you would identify roles in 18-20 year olds and what training advice you would give them? And would their role have the possibility of changing if the manager trained more for a combo guard instead of a true point guard or small forward? Here are a few examples for you to work with as examples if you wish.

18 y/o SS 7'1" 7/3/7/2/37 6/7/6/6
18 y/o HoF 7'2" 7/3/7/2/37 6/7/6/6
18 y/o SS 6'1" 6/5/7/2/1/3 5/3/3/3
18 y/o PAS 6'2" 2/1/5/7/7/7 1/2/4/2

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

18 y/o SS 7'1" 7/3/7/2/37 6/7/6/6
Would be open to this guy either being a normal Center or a Normal PF

18 y/o HoF 7'2" 7/3/7/2/37 6/7/6/6
As he is a HOF player I would let the manager do what he wants. If I think his training is not getting the best out of the player (not just from an U21 pov, but I mean just bad training), I would push for a sale of him

18 y/o SS 6'1" 6/5/7/2/1/3 5/3/3/3
I would push for this guy to get his OD up to 13-15, and pretty much all other training would be JR, maybe some JS

18 y/o PAS 6'2" 2/1/5/7/7/7 1/2/4/2
With such low JS/JR I don't think this guy would ever make the cut for a USA team (My PG still needs at least 8 JS and 13 OD, by the time he got to there I don't think he would have any time to train his Passing to make the team).

As per my older statement, I am not trying to change everything, but that 3 guy would be someone I train differently. Also there would be no guarantee he would make the team, but he has a better chance of being a 3pt shooter, then trying to fix PS/DV/HD.

Just to clarify, you're saying the 3rd guy would have a better chance to make the team with 1 driving , 2 handling and 3 passing than actually fixing his weak points???
