hi. i couldn't agree more. probably the best player ever to play for the Grizzlies and actually liked the city of Vancouver, unlike Steve Francis who didn't want to play here.
pick someone from the mentor list who is available who fits the criteria I suggested.Don't take a mentor who is themself in a lower division and really has no clue what to do and just likes to think they do. In some cases there are people who have been successful before, quit, then returned. Those people are hard to spot, so just go for the easy to spot, currently successful guys. Easier for you to see you are probably going to get real advice, not hot air.
