Guys, please back on topic. I think everything is said about "something is not working". If there´s no more insight, please be patient and follow the updates. No general discussion here.

The other problem is, if they run the games, and then automatically run the training, those managers, who did not get 8 hours to adjust their training, if they get minutes screwed up from the sims....

For what it's worth, my Tournament game from last night played at some point in the past hour or two, so hopefully we're starting to make progress in getting back on schedule. As someone who's in the past received the 3:30 am call when a critical service is not functioning (and in my case, because of some changes I had made in code), I don't envy Marin one bit here. Hopefully part of the benefit of bringing on new BBs is the ability to have more coverage in case something like this happens, but it's also not a reasonable expectation for them to have already gotten familiar enough with the game's architecture to be able to manually resolve a deadlock or other delay unsupervised, yet.

We're trying to manage the problem.

Or better, other people than me.

I'm a BB Part time, now i'm at my work, so i can't help.

I know communication is a good thing, and i'll always tried to tell everything to users but i'm busy and i can't do a "play by play" of the issue, despite i receive update.

Now i'll post a message in the news page.

Well, you guys are right to be upset and there are no excuses for this kind of delay. Luckily, our new dev team managed to get the problem fixed without me so kudos to them. As for me, it was a set of really unlucky circumstances that involve a move to another country and a broken cellphone that caused me to be unavailable for a maybe the longest period in the last couple of years (24 hours) and of course, as these things do, they broke at exactly that time. So, sorry for the delay, next time we (I) will do better.
