yeah seems like it, NEP seems to be in the best spot at the moment, and he's got nothing against you great8 powerhouses. I guess that's what you get for bleeding money all season long just to be semi relevant in the clearly superior big8 =D
I was (and still is) on the verge of bankrupcy and I will almost certainly finish in 6th.
