I struggled a bit before this season debating to blow it up and get new trainees or to keep running my team from last season while being slightly in the red from a weekly revenue perspective. I do think long term it's better that I cut off a lot of salary, as we have a gauntlet of teams at the top of our conference.
This was where I was at seeing the high salaries everywhere. I couldn't afford to keep up, so better to shed salary. Though props to you as I haven't being able to fully commit to going the full rebuild. Instead I settled on getting to about +50k TWNI and to get an all USA roster.
This is my first all USA roster, not counting the starting roster, so I am pretty excited about that.
