well, I was trying to design an even SF who could handle playing against either focus. no reason you couldnt have 2 options for SF, one inside & one outside, then play them according to opponent. having just one SF may save on wages though

Now a Sensational ID/OD player would be very neat!

definately.

Havent you read... in Season 7 you can choose how much you wish to pay your players so the global economy gets a much needed cash injection into the game...

Go and treat yourself to a shiny new trainee to shape into your desired SF.... and then just dont pay him!!

Using the NBA as a sample, I can't think of any top SF's that have that kind of skillset. That looks like a power forward to me.

for instance (http://www.hoops4life.com/home/TJ-s-B-Ball-Blog/NBA-Predi...)

Without having the ability to do a scientific sample, it seems that any time an big man at SF matches up with an actual SF and SF, the big man wins. The focus on ID and Reb at the 3 seem to be too heavily weighted.

I think the training aspect is challenging to a fault, and the SF GE aspect is a failure in representing the game of basketball.

i agree with you.

if you want to train a SF in a single-position, you must put yout SF in another role.

But the problem is that if i now want to train OD,my Sf had to play as PG or SG,hi cannot train OD in his own position, and this is true also for th ID(PF-C).
I only hope that in the future i can train my SF in both the defence without changing his role in the matches...
I'd like a bi-role training for OD(SG-SF) and ID(SF-PF)
