It would be if the inventors are using aspects of the browser unknown the common person.
He has a valid point especially if there is something talked about in their developers forum and he uses that information to his advantage.
The same thing about economic movement. In the real world it's called insider trading and last time I checked that's illegal in the US, and I would think unfair in a game like this....
