Well, here's a guess (since in your hysterical state you didn't tell us which guy it is)...

If you're talking about Forrest Unsworth, he's 33, and older players will lose skills at times. It's possible that a 33-yo would lose skills at a rate that wouldn't be balanced by training. Or declines are not constant from week-to-week, so a large decline in one week isn't offset by training.

And to further that, if it is Unsworth, that's a massive waste of a training spot to train a 33 year old.

It would be helpful to know what level trainer, and to know how many positions you are training.

at first i hired a level 9 trainer but then he dropped to level 8 so i hired a new one, level 10. however, i forgot which week i hired the new trainer.
regarding the position, i have sold and bought trainees so far and my 18yo sf is the only trainees that i have training consistently since i got a team.
right now i'm training js for wingmen

I've trained JS for 4 weeks now with a level 10 coach and only the guards.

My experience is the following:

JS 1,5-2 weeks
JR 4 weeks
DV 1 pop after 4 weeks
HN no pops so far

Kind regards,

Floppzzy

One on One
Guards:
Trains DV @ 2-3 weeks
Trains HN @ 3-4 weeks
Trains IS @ 4-5 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-5 weeks

Are you sure that ths training trains Inside Shots ???

I made one-on-one for several weeks now ( 5 weeks i think), had 27 Level-ups for ca. 7 players of my actual tam, but not one in Inside shots !

Thats my stats:

Jump Shot 10
Handling 7
Driving 10
Inside Shot 0

Made anyone the experience that guards HAS level-ups in IS ?
