Been following dozens of players every week in the last 4 seasons as a U21 NT Coach.
Never a player popped while training ID.
That's what I know and I'm talking about young players, 18 to 21 yold, with great potential.

I haved traned for 7 years and we won 50 tournements

even his potential is bench warmer or role player?

4 Seasons training big men but i never got a pop up on DR.

Indeed. The only 2ndary skill pop up that i have ever get training my big men is JS, and SB (if we consider SB as 2ndary)

I have an 18 year old with MVP potential been training outside shooting for 3 weeks and haven't seen a single pop with a lvl 5 trainer, yet my 26 year old SG has seen 2 pops, granted one pop or both are probably from earlier trainings but still...is the 18 year old even worth training? He has popped in OD and RB with 1 or 2 weeks

Whats the efficiency of team passing training ?? is it worth consideration or PG/SG and PG are the only reasonable options ?
