I'm currently training them in OD. What should I train them after they are all at least prominent in OD? Should I buy someone who is younger and train him instead (they seem kinda old for the skills they have)?
Help would be appreciated :)

I would sell the 21 yo. After you sell him then do 1 pos training with the other 3.

I would definately focus on OD training right now. Prominent is a decent level to get them at. After that balance out guard skills, have OD and JS the highest skills (JS cause they all already have that). Train them as balanced as possible in guard skills

Great working digging this one up. I am a bit partial though for obvious reasons.

Your three players look ok, and should prove to be quality players in your current league.

I don't like the atrocious. I would train ID till it pops again then move onto JS training. Get that up to average and then do some passing. That needs to be at least inept before starting to train inside skills. Keep them balanced and train to whatever level you like (prolific is a good level). Then continue passing and JS

he is a really good big men trainee as his big skills are really balanced.
you can go 2 routes:

1. you can go the conventional route which has been done to death and the salary gets really high so you try to sell him... you realize theres more big men just like your guy and even a bit better. goes for cheaper as well.
rotate IS, ID, REB and rinse repeat.

or

2. train up his secondaries which not only make him play as well if not better than monoskilled players but also keep his salary affordable. after you get his big men skills up to around triple prominent. I would suggest you to rotate one one and JS training for forwards and play him at the PF spot for 48 min. which trains his driving, JS, JR and Handling at the same time. once JS gets up to maybe around mediorce/average or even respectable, you can work on passing until at least respectable to keep those TO down and get some assists. might even try to get that Jr to mediorce/average. if you want him to play at PF then you need to get his OD up too, preferably at least mediorce but respectable is recommended. after all that maybe get back to his big men skills and work on those till he get to around triple tremendous or even wondrous. with his potential, I think he could even get into the national team as C/PF with great secondaries.

Training as a SG, once his passing gets to strong I'll work out his handling and then go to outside d, jump range, jump shot, etc.
