I cannot see far ahead enough to see the dangers of the future, but in nature if the birds in the flock flinches (flies away) then other birds will follow...

thus far kynlala knights, chealsea seagulls, zazz and dfbs have tanked... soon HA, BHB and monkeybiz... koops will join them.
If I knew this I wouldn't have spent 1.2mil on a new SG. *face palm*

You know I don't like to go with the flow. Perhaps I will buy a mega-team and try to go 8-2 for the rest of the season and make 5th if the rest of you are tanking.

Hornets just got robbed....

cp3 for Gordon, Kamen, Aminu, 2 second round picks and protected 1st round pick of wolves.

WTF?! griffen would be happy since they can utilize his timings for alley oop again but gordon is way overrated... he play supbpar defense and he is just a undersized 3 point shooter with average ability to drive keeping in mind he cant even play the point.

I would have definately take bledsoe over aminu if I were the hornets since bledsoe shown more in college and have a higher ceiling.

Well if you want to get the 8-2 run for the rest of the season and tie up 5th you'd better be quick as 2 of the 3 players HA has up for sale finish Friday night.

meh, its timberwolves... doubt they will win that many games...

organization that keep making bad decision, piss off rubio by picking up flynn and then trading him for nothing. Stephen curry would have been a sweet pick as a combo guard.

picking up a combo forward when they already have similar player in beasley... could have picked up the many centers in the draft....

I think its pretty fair actually...
Gordon and Aminu are underrated players and they are still young with a lot of upside

New Orleans trade with Clippers
pg jarrett jack 5mil
sg eric gordon 3.8mil / belinelli 3.4mil
sf trevor ariza 6.8mil
pf emeka 12.5mil / aminu 2.8mil
c kaman 12.2mil

plus future first round pick from the wolves is quite good cos the wolves will get a high pick.

New Orleans trade with Lakers and Rockets

sg kevin martin 12mil / belinelli 3.4mil
sf ariza 6.8mil
pf odom 8mil
c luis scola 8.5mil / emeka 12.5mil

much better team on paper but its also a lot more expensive...

I think it is a great deal for New Orleans. They were faced with the chance to lose CP3 for nothing ala Cavs and instead they got a top 3 young SG in the league, a good trade asset in the big expiring contract, an interesting young prospect and an umprotected Minnesota pick. Booyah!

It was a great deal for LAC as well, CP3 and Griffin = highlight reel and if the Lakers don't do someting they will be the most exciting team in Cali for the first time ever!

12/15/2011 - Koopasaurus has just acquired Donnell White for $ 338 300.
