To be fair, you haven't exactly lost much against any other tactic as well....so maybe this isn't the best example of it not working??? ;)

I play it for fun too but when it comes to be a manger of the USA national team you really have to prove your worth for it. if people want to see the USA national team to win a championship they should consider voting for me.

This is for all candidates...

1.How do you see the new cross training effecting the training of NT players?

2. What are your opinions all together about the new cross training?

1. One of the biggest obstacles we face in developing quality NT players is how expensive they are. One area of concern the new training presents is that the random factor could make it more difficult to keep costs down by specifically training the ratings the trianing, and only the ratings they are training. For instance, right now, if we train OD, we know that it sub trains Driving, Handling, and Inside defense to a lessser extent. Well, as we have discussed, high level NT players are very expensive. Its diffiucult to have one of these players, and have a solid roster to compete in league play as well. So if a team owner is focusing on defense, already concerned about the rising salary of that player, an in addition to the OD pop they aer going after, they get a Jump Range pop...it could be very costly.

2. I am a believer in balanced players, so I think this favors that. I just hope that the training speeds are still in the same ball park. Its nice to know that training speed will be increased even more on ratings that lag behind others, but sometimes you want to get a rating to a certain level before you move on, and this might slow down that process of peaking a guy in specific rating goal. Bonus pops do sound really cool though :-)

I like how you didn't waste any time capitalizing the "i"s or putting commas or semicolons or anything in that garbled mess.

So everyone is saying that I should not become NT manager because I am in league. IV., but what about why namassor and jason should not become NT manager because they are in tougher leagues.

Basically, the way I see it is they are going to have to spend a good amount of time managing their own team. This will make them have less time for the NT, unless they want to give up the NBBA and D.II and get regulated the next two seasons. They have to worry about regulation, while I am not worried at all. They are playing some of the best teams in the USA and world, so they are going to have to make worry about enth. management, game shape, and trying to inmprove their to so they can be in a safe place.

This is Jason's first time in D.II. He is going to have to learn about D.II or get some help and read about it, and this would take some time. Also he said he is constantly changing his teams' tactics, so this would also take a lot of time from time he could be working on the NT team.

Namassor is in the toughest league in the USA. Yes he has stuck there for a good time, but no one wants to run at the middle of the pack. If he wants to make a title run he would have to put a lot of time in, looking for transfers that he may need, scouting teams, and worrying about enth. and gs. Also I assume that you have to be pretty active to stay in that very tough league.

I am in D.IV. I set the lineup for the first four games in the season, in five minutes. Also I do not have to worry about gs or enth. as much. My team is already set, so I will not be looking for any transfers.

I can tell that managing a NT will be hard and take some time. They will have less time and may be a little stressed to get the job done, while I will have more time and I will not be as stressed.
(Nothing against either of you)

Vote Buckeyefan01!

Jfarb wasn't stressed (too badly), and he managed to stay in and around the playoffs during his tenure. Buckeyefan, I have more place running than you do and I'm not running. Consider it the Ojeda platform.
