So what position the NT and U21 are have most necessity? PG or SG ?

How I already said, I get a great future player for U21 or maybe for NT, and him can be PG or SG.

Today He did a great start on my team, he should play a little time, but my SG went injured, and Schimmelmann played 35 minutes.

Look that!

I have this 19yr old rafael, so you decide what you want to work your player towards (PG or SG) and I will work towards the other. I was mainly going to concentrate on Passing/OD this season but I can do a few JS/JR's if you are working towards PG.

Yes, It's a good idea.

How everybody says, I'm not training PGs, and yes SFs.

I've trained passing for them, because It is the area that we have more difficulty, for that the game put the suggest position in Point Guard.

But in this moment you can stay training what you was training, Schimmelmann is a good SG, he can't be a good PG and he doesn't have a secondaries of SF, and so I'll train my others players and him for SG.

Yeah I will prob be doing 3 more weeks of passing this seasons then hammering the JR/OD for the rest of this season and next. I just like my SG's to have decent passing.

Chris I was gonna do some guards 1-on-1 and JS this season to lessen a team weakness but if it'd make your life easier I could do 1 pos PS and OD instead?

Oh!

Train Outside Defense, It's what real have matter.

His potential is low, but he can be a good player for your team, just in III division.

But the real problem is the passing, and the defense!
