I'm talking about the less increase then 30% a year, I'm talking about max 15%...
If staff get less money rise then we have more time to play and don't have to look around on TL and change them...

Well lesser increase means even that you have to change your staff on the middle of the road anyway, because if you will pay 5k in advance and more for 1 more season, you will feel that, so only point of this change could be lesser expenses for a staff member

While it seems great to have 6 lvl coach for more seasons to have payback from that spent 1000 000 USD, indeed

yearly, as in players. and in a reasonable price not as 30% around 10% since their skills doesnt improve.

And also isnt the whole point of the buzzerbeater is the playability as of 1-2 hours a weeks is enough?

Why exactly do you need to spend more time in the game when staff salary rises weekly rather than yearly?
